Flight Lieutenant William John Francis Coote 253938 & Corporal Kevin Harold Crouch 17110 were killed in the loss of RAAF Beaufighter A19-195 of Number 31 Squadron near Coomalie, NT

Warrant Officer Thomas Dillon RAAF 424995 was seriously injured in the crash and he was discharged on the 4th of December 1945 while at Number 3 RAAF Hospital
