Reginald Hawies CURNER was born in Sydney on 14th May, 1916

His parents were William & Elizabeth CURNER

He married Elizabeth Mary TRIPP in Sydney on 26th July, 1941

He had previous service in the Army before enlisting in the RAAF - he embarked from Melbourne on 6th March, 1943 for Canada and the UK

Reginald went missing, believed killed while on operations attached to Coastal Command in the English Channel on 13th June 1944 - no known grave
