HIS DUTY NOBLY DONE
Mrs. S. A. Down, of Tyrendarra, has been officially informed that her son, Pte. R. V. Down, is a prisoner of war. Pte. Down was reported missing after the fall of Java.
Survived by his mother, sister Mrs Dulcie Holmes, brothers William, Leonard and George.
