Son of James Patrick and Maria Victoria Drake, of Brighton.

KILLED IN AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT
Mr. and Mrs. P. Drake, South rd, Brighton, have been advised that their only child, Sgt John Joseph Drake, has been killed in an aircraft accident. Sgt Drake was 21, and had completed three years' service with the RAAF in Darwin and other areas. He was educated at Holy Redeemer School, Surrey Hills, and Xavier College.
