LAC Durrant was driver of Service Vehicle 207287 returning to camp from BCAIR Station IWAKUNI, on conclusion of a duty run. On approaching the railway crossing near TOYO Camp the vehicle ran off the road over an embankment and overturned, crushing LAC Durrant underneath
