Son of Hubert Sidney Fletcher and Olive Louise Marguerite Fletcher, of Hawthorne, Brisbane, Queensland

Stoker Douglas Fletcher accidentally died due to electrocution at his Hawthorne home using an electric lead with an all-metal bulb cup whilst on shore leave on 6th January 1947.
