His parents were Ebenezer FOSTER & Isabella Frances POLLOCK

He married Phyllis Mary ROBERTSON on 26th December, 1938 in Queensland

His brother Edward Gordon FOSTER (SN QX24042) also served during WW2 in the Army and was discharged in 1946
