His parents were Robert Huet Thomas FULLARTON & Caroline Elizabeth SEERS who married in Orange, NSW in 1883

He married Violet Victoria EKMAN in Victoria in 1940

He died of Illness whilst a prisoner of war in Malaya on 31st October, 1943
