Robin Daniel GLASZIOU was born in Forbes, New South Wales on 8th October, 1918

His parents were Daniel Patrick GLASZIOU & Lena GALLAGHER

He enlisted as a Private with the 2nd/4th Infantry Battalion on 3rd November, 1939

Robin died as a result of an accident when with other troops he tried to board a moving bus on the Great Southern Road whilst he was in training at the Ingelburn Military Camp - he suffered a fractured skull & pelvis in the accident

He died in Randwick Hospital on 24th November, 1939 and is buried in the Rookwood Cemetery in Sydney
