Biography

George was the son of Francis (Frank) Joseph Griffin, Captain WW1 11th Battalion, and a brother to Major Warwick Stokell Griffin VX14736.

He served in 2/4 Field Regiment as Lance-Bombardier in the Middle East and then New Guinea where he died of scrub typhus.
