Sergeant Peter Blair McLaughlan 407063 and LAC Reginald Victor Harvey 406246 were killed when Wirraway aircraft A20-169 dived into the ground 10 miles west of Amberley near Mutdapilly, Queensland during air to ground gunnery practice.
