Son of Albert Stephen and Myrtle Rose Hodges.
SYDNEY, Sun. — When two R.A.A.F. aircraft collided during low-level training exercises in northern New South Wales four airmen were killed.
The planes crashed into the sea.
Those killed were: —
Flying Officer Norman Lewis Parker, of Gerald ton (W.A.).
Sergeant Neville Martin Tyack. of Caulfield, Vic.
Flight Lieut. Arthur George Hodges, of Casino.
Flight Lieut. Arthur Curlewis H. Young, of Newcastle.

Beaufighter A19-194 and A19-36 from Number 5 Operational Training Unit (5OTU) were involved in a mid-air collision over the ocean off Evans Head, NSW
Flying Officer Parker 29099 and Sergeant Tyack 431342 were killed in A19-36
