Pilot Officer Holliday 411786 was killed when 75SQN RAAF Kittyhawk aircraft A29-1 crashed 10km NNW of Kempsey in NSW while on a ferry flight to Townsville

Kittyhawk A29-1 was re-built after this incident and it later crashed in 1943 killing Sergeant (Pilot) Walker 417682
