Flying Officer Leonard Jack Ingham 400803 & Flight Lieutenant Charles Stanford Hill 272324 were killed when Ryan Trainer aircraft A50-10 of Number 2 Air Ambulance Unit crashed following take-off from Macrossan Strip at Charters Towers
