Sergeant Thomas Hastie Kelsall 402509 RAAF and Air Sergeant (Pupil Pilot) Sowerby 103664 SAAF were killed when Tiger Moth T5478 of 22SFTS based at Guinea Fowl airfield crashed seven miles NNW of Gwello in Rhodesia
