Flight Lieutenant Jack Keneally 262350 was discharged from the RAAF for health reasons in January 1944 while working as an Instructor at Number 2 Air Observers School Mount Gambier, South Australia
He passed away in Haberfield (Inner West of Sydney) in June 1944 and he is buried at Rookwood Cemetery
