Parents: - Samuel Collins and Emily Day married 19th November 1873 in Jerilderie, New South Wales, Australia.
Fate: - Private Richard Percival Collins was wounded/died in the Battle of the Menin Road Ridge which had begun on Thursday, 20th September 1917 and had lasted until Tuesday, 25th September 1917. This was part of the 3rd Battle of Ypers or "Passchendaele".
