Leading Aircraftman Joseph William Littlejohn 420217 RAAF and Pilot Officer Bryan Donald Hughes RCAF J/10765 were killed when Harvard 3269 of Number 14 Service Flying Training School (14SFTS) RCAF based at Aylmer, Ontario crashed near Elgin, Ontario, Canada
