Wesley Frank WHITFIELD was born in Birmingham, England on 16th March, 1879

His parents were Frank WHITFIELD & Mary Matilda Shoreland FAULKNER who married in England in 1875

He married Mabel Mary LOVE on 22nd April, 1915 in Brisbane - one son Alan born in NSW in 1916

His son Alan WHITFIELD was a Sub Lieutenant in the Royal Australian Navy and was discharged on 28th June 1946
