Victor Clive MAKEPEACE was born in Mascot in Sydney on 17th October, 1919
His parents were Reuben James MAKEPEACE & Evangeline "Blanche" DYMOND nee WALEN who married in Waterloo in Sydney in 1910
He was taken as a prisoner of war by the Germans and held in Stalag Camp
