Pilot Officer Leslie Frank Lawley 414242 (Instructor) and Leading Aircraftman Henry Verdun May 428922 were killed when their Cessna training aircraft from Number 10 Service Flying Training School (10 SFTS) RCAF crashed near Dauphin aerodrome in Manitoba, Canada
