CHARLES ALLEN McFEETERS

CHARLES ALLEN McFEETERS (1924-1945) born at Yass, son of Rowley Carrington and Clarice Ellen McFeeters nee Buckmaster. Charles enlisted on May 14th, 1943 and served until his death on June 9th, 1945 in Aitape, New Guinea in the 2/10th Commando Regiment as Lance Corporal NX201042. Charles was buried at Lae War Cemetery, in row HHB5. His name appears on panel 13 at the Australian War Memorial, and on the Yass Roll of Honour.
