His parents were Charles Gilchrist McHARDIE & Elizabeth Jessie LINDSAY

He married Frances Maud McDERMAID in Queensland in 1942

Warren was killed in action on 22nd November, 1942 - his final resting place is the Bomana cemetery, Port Moresby -

His name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial & the Roll of Honour in Townsville
