LAC O'Callaghan 76284 was killed in a car accident on Cabbage Tree Creek Bridge on the Sandgate to Brisbane road

Also injured was LAC Winston Churchill Milne 76615 (date of discharge 19 Apr 1945 from the Brisbane Medical Unit)
