William David OAG was born in St Ives in NSW on 21st June 1912
His parents were John Sutherland OAG & Emily RAMSAY who married in Sydney in 1892
He married Alma Maude LUCKIE in October, 1935 at St Pauls Presbyterian Church in Wangaratta, Victoria
He died in Thailand of Illness as a prisoner of war of the Japanese on 14th September, 1943

His brother Alan Ramsay OAG (SN NX35584) of the 2nd/19th Infantry Battalion was Killed in Action in Malaya on 16th January, 1942
