Sergeant Robert William Ogilvie 402670 RAAF and Sergeant John Joseph Nixon 405135 RAAF were killed when Manchester R5833 of 50SQN RAF crashed into the sea off Lorient, France - their bodies were not recovered and they are commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial
