    Lockheed Hudson A16-68 of Number 2 Aircraft Depot crashed at Richmond aerodrome in NSW while undergoing a test flight after servicing

    The crew were FLTLT Shore 411199 (Pilot) and FLGOFF Broderick 409022 (WAG)
