Hilaire Norman RAPHAEL was born in Sydney on 8th May, 1922

His Mother was Margot RAPHAEL - father unknown

He served with the 2nd/20th Infantry Battalion and was taken as a prisoner of war on 6th July, 1943 - he died of Illness in Borneo on 2nd June 1945 (no known grave)
