ALL THE CORNERS OF THE EARTH LOOK ON THEM WHERE SO CLEAR THEY SHINE
A wave of sympathy has spread through the district for tho bereaved parents and families of boys who have fallen in the New Guinea area during the recent bitter fighting. In the latest casualty Is included the name of Lieut Frank (Toby) Richardson, elder son of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Richardson, of "Jam Creek" Broomehill, who is reported to have been killed in action In the HUon Peninsular (N.G.) fighting on December 3. "Toby" had seen three years of service in the Middle East before being drafted to the Islands and won his commission on the field in the Libyan campaign. He was in his early twenties at the time of death.
