Flying Officer Silva 402258 and Flying Officer Albon 401358 of 210 Squadron RAF were killed when Catalina FP232 crashed in the Bay of Biscay near Spain

Their bodies were not recovered and they are commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial

His parents were Frederick Henry Emanuel SILVA & Amy Eveline KENT who married in St Lukes Church in Mosman, NSW on 16th August, 1911
