DIE FROM INJURIES
An officer and a trainee pilot died of injuries received on January 30, when an aircraft from a R.A.A.F. station in N.S.W. crashed while on a training flight. They were: Plying Officer Lyn Geoffrey Reginald Knight (27), married, of Launceston, Tasmania; and L.A.C. Kevin France Slaweski (19), single, of Murrumbeena, Victoria. The aircraft struck a tree while taking off.
