Frank SMALLEY was born on 13th September, 1903 in Alford, Lincolnshire, England - his birth was registered in 1903 as Frank ORREY in Spilsby, Lincolnshire
His parents were Alfred SMALLEY & Mary Elizabeth ORREY
He immigrated to Australia on the ship Largs Bay, arriving in Melbourne on 3rd December, 1923
He married Doris Elizabeth PASK in Victoria in 1926 - known children were Kenneth, Frank, Allan, Raymond & Roy
