Details of final flight~~~ On 29 January 1945, Beaufort A9-106 went missing on a non-operational flight from Milne Bay to Madang. Beaufort A9-106 flew into high ground near Bugaiu, the wreck and remains were discovered in the late 1990s. On board were:
