Patrick Herbert Ulseth-
Born 1894 in a small-town Glanville South Australia. He was 21 years old when he enlisted for the army to be a driver. He embarked from Australia via the HMAT Borda. He was to serve as a driver for the 10th Battalion before being transferred to the field artillery barrages. After a short period of that he was transferred back to be a driver again. At age 25 on the 4.9.15 he was sent to the general hospital and diagnosed with subacute rheumatism, a muscle soreness and tightness much like atherosclerosis. He was discharged on the 6.9.15 and returned to Australia per Port Sydney on the 24.6.16. he received the 1914-15-star, British War Medal and Victory Medal.
