Biography

"...139789 Leading Aircraftman Ernest James Williams, 107 Squadron RAAF, of Broadmeadow, NSW. Prior to enlistment in February 1944 LAC Williams was employed as a steel worker for BHP in Newcastle, NSW. He was killed in a ground accident at St Georges Basin, NSW, on 14 December 1944, at the age of 18. He is buried in Nowra War Cemetery, NSW." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
