Flight Sergeant Eric Samuel Willis 444068 RAAF and Flight Lieutenant Frank Stanley Foss 118193 RAF (pilot) were killed when Mosquito RF-664 of 110 Squadron RAF crashed near RAF Labuan - the aircraft was in the circuit when an engine cut out

FLTLT Foss has a file held by the NAA with one folio on it plus he has a nominal roll entry (incomplete)
