Leading Aircraftman Francis Colin Wright 408136 RAAF of 26EFTS was flying Tiger Moth T5554 which collided with Tiger Moth T5552 flown by Air Sergeant (Pupil Pilot) Serfontein 57897 SAAF at the Senale forced landing practice ground in Rhodesia resulting in the deaths of both airmen who were carrying out solo training
