From Uralla NSW. Died 12 June 1971, in the Phuoc Tuy - Long Khanh Province border area when an APC he was riding on was ambushed during Operation "Overlord" Age 23.  2794278 a National Serviceman from Uralla.Rifleman 3rd Section D&E platoon.Killed in Action in the Phuoc Tuy-Long Khanh Province border area.He was riding in an Armoured Personel Carrier that was ambushed.A box of Claymore mines that was stored on the APC was ignited by a rocket grenade and exploded.
