"54320 Private Arie Van Valen, 1st Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment Age 21 from Dordrecht Holland. He was accidentally killed while on loan to the US Army when he and four other infantry troops were fatally wounded in a mine explosion in unit lines on 26th June 1965.
