Address at the time of enlistment was given as Tooronga Road, East Malvern, Victoria.
Next if kin given as his father Mr. O'Grady of Mordialloc Railway Station, Mordialloc, Victoria. Later changed to his sister N. Caldwell of Arthur Street, South Melbourne, Victoria.
Commenced return to Australia on 6 September 1919 aboard HT Euripides disembarking on 20 October 1919.
