Mr. Onslow’s name has been inscribed on the Adamstown Citizens' Memorial (photos, unveiled on the 17th December 1921, 233 names inscribed, 32 Fallen), Adamstown Municipal District Roll of Honor and the Sulphide Corporation Pty Ltd Cockle Creek Works Roll of Honour.

There is no inscription on Frank’s headstone plaque to tell us of his service with the 1st A.I.F., so I have placed poppies and a 1914-1918 WAR label in remembrance of his sacrifice for God, King and Country.

Plaque in New South Wales Garden of Remembrance.
Lest We Forget.
