POW Selerang Square Changi Camp Singapore, then sent on the "Wales Hard" that sailed from Keppell Harbour early on 15th day of May 1943, arriving at Moji, Japan early on the morning of the 7th day of June 1943. Remained at Kobe House POW Camp, Kobe, Japan in which there were approximately 600 prisoners of war.

POW at No.10 Prisoner of war camp, Nagoya, Japan, in which camp there were approximately 200 other Rank prisoners of war.
