I would like to state that my late husband was twice wounded in France and also that he belonged to Alexandra Lodge No 46 UAOD Wynyard and his death was the first on the lodge Roll of Honour and the ceremony was the first of its kind ever carried out by any lodge of the order in Tasmania. (Wife)
