Henry arrived in Devonport UK on the 29th January, 1917.
He was transferred to Stoke Mandeville Hospital on the 6th February 1917, and then to the 9th Signal Battalion at Dinnington on the 6th March 1917.
Discharged back to Australia(due to Aortic Heart Disease) on the 22nd July 1917.
Disembarked in Melbourne 24th September,1917.
