NOTE:  The Family Name on the Embarkation is incorrect. The Family Name as per the Attestation Papers is COXON. This record has been amended to accord with the name as recorded in the Attestation Papers. The correction undertaken by the Virtual War Memorial Australia chief Moderator, April 2016.
