"Released from German Prison.

Mr. E. A. Maund, of Herberton, received a cable from his brother, Private P. C. Maund, who has been a prisoner of war in Germany for the past 18 months, notifying him of his safe arrival in England from Germany." - from the Cairns Post 08 Jan 1919 (nla.gov.au)
