Daisy was the daughter of Joseph Henry Wearne and Mary Ann Wearne nee Preddy of Longville, NSW.
Daisy resigned in England due to marriage. She married Karl Frank Thompson on 25.2.1919 in Hampstead, England.
The couple moved to the United States in 1919.
