Father of ex-nuptial daughter Enid Mary Athur with Ellen Blonk Arthur of Eva Street, Maryborough, QLD.

Brother of Thomas O'Brien who was killed in action on 20 September 1917 while serving with the 26th Battalion and has no known grave. His name appears on Menin Gate, Ypres, Panel 23
