"...4480 Private Frank Reginald Elder, 7th Battalion. A chemist from Glenloth, Vic prior to enlistment, Pte Elder embarked with the 14th Reinforcements from Melbourne on HMAT Themistocles on 28 January 1916. On 20 August 1916 he was killed in action at Pozieres, France, aged 21, and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
