Percival Reginald Eric CREIGHTON was born in 1891 in Preston, Victoria

His parents were John CREIGHTON and Jemima PATULLO

He enlisted on 10th May, 1916 -46th Infantry Battalion S/N 2520

Unit left Melbourne on 7th September, 1916 on HMAT Port Sydney

He died of wounds on 9th April, 1917 , Bullecourt, Frances

Buried Poziers British Cemetery, Ovillers La Boiselle, France

He laid down his life in the deadly strife -to keep Australia free

In a soldiers grave he lies sleeping -one of the bravest & best

In our hearts we shall miss him forever- though we know he is only at rest
